Check of an electric chain of the coupling of coupling of the K/V compressor

1a. At refusal of inclusion of coupling of the compressor first of all it is necessary to remove the corresponding relay and to check its state (see accompanying illustrations). Arrangement of plugs of the relay (Civic model).

2. If the relay as it should be, make sure available tension between plugs of its reception nest and weight, having checked thereby serviceability of giving of food to the relay. If tension is absent, therefore, break in a chain which should be found and eliminated takes place.
3. Having made sure of serviceability of giving of food to the relay, establish a wire crossing point between plugs 1 and 3 (Civic model), And and With (the Integra models till 1997 vyp.) or 1 and 2 (Integra since 1998 vyp.) relay nests – the distinct click testifying to operation of the coupling of coupling of the compressor has to be distributed.

4. If the coupling does not work (there is no click), remove a wire crossing point, disconnect an electrical wiring from the coupling and check existence of conductivity between a red wire of its socket and the compressor (see an accompanying illustration). In case of need eliminate break. With conductivity check serviceability of a condition of the coupling.

5. Disconnect the sensor switch of pressure of a low pressure To/in and, at the included ignition, make sure available battery tension between the plug 1 (Civic – the plug of a blue-white wire), or 2 (Integra – the plug of a blue-red wire) and weight. Lack of tension testifies break existence. Otherwise switch off ignition and make sure available conductivity between plugs of the sensor switch. If conductivity is absent, check the sensor switch and pressure in system.
