1. Take off driving belts (see the Head Routine maintenance). 2. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft. 3. Take off a GRM drive belt (see Removal, check of a state and installation of a gas-distributing belt and cogwheels of the GRM drive).
4a. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, then internal directing a belt (see accompanying illustrations). |
4b. Throw off from a shaft pin internal sending to a chain. |
5. Having accurately hooked the special tool or a big screw-driver, take an old epiploon from the nest (see an accompanying illustration). Try not to leave scratches and zadir on a surface of a pin of a shaft or the case of the oil pump, – existence of similar defects will lead to fast failure of a new epiploon. |
6. Clear internal surfaces of a nest under landing of an epiploon. Grease the outer edge of a new epiploon with pure motive oil, or universal greasing. Having used a face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter as a mandrel, put a new epiploon in the nest (see an accompanying illustration) the mandrel has to rest only against the firm outer edge of a face surface of an epiploon). Having put an epiploon, make sure that the rasporny spring did not jump out of the flute. |
7. Establish internal directing a gas-distributing belt and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft. Afterwards establish a gear belt (see Removal, check of a state and installation of a gas-distributing belt and cogwheels of the GRM drive). 8. Oil a nave of a pulley of a cranked shaft motive or universal greasing, then put a pulley on a shaft pin. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. 9. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of oil. |
