Power supply system and release General information The power supply system consists of the fuel tank, the electric fuel pump (placed in a gasoline tank), the relay of the fuel pump, the fuel highway with injectors of injection, the regulator of pressure of fuel, assembly of the air cleaner and case of a throttle. All models described in the present manual are equipped with system of the consecutive (distributed) injection of fuel (SEFI).System of consecutive injection (SEFI) In SEFI system electric impulses of accurately limited duration for management of injection of fuel through injectors directly to the inlet port of each of engine combustion chambers are used. The moment and duration of time of opening of each of injectors controls the module of management of the power (RSM). RSM continuously traces various working parameters of the engine and on the basis of the arriving information determines the demanded volume of the fuel injected into each of inlet ports. The throttle case in this case serves only for management of giving in system of air. In view of the fact that each cylinder is equipped with own injector, this system provides possibility of very exact management of composition of air and fuel mix. Fuel pump and fuel pipes Supply of fuel from a gasoline tank in system of injection and return of its surplus back in a gasoline tank is carried out on two metal lines laid under the car bottom. The electric fuel pump is located in a gasoline tank and is united in uniform assembly with the fuel consumption sensor block. The system of return of fuel evaporations carries out removal of vapors of fuel back in a gasoline tank on the separate returnable line. The main PGM-FI relay (the relay of the fuel pump) is equipped primary and secondary with electric contours. At the included ignition primary contour provides giving of food on RSM, injectors of injection and in a secondary contour of the relay which, in turn, feeds the fuel pump. Giving of food on the fuel pump lasts two seconds when turning the ignition key in the situation ON and is continuous at the working engine. System of production of the fulfilled gases Oxygen sensors (l-probes), the 3-functional (reducing) catalytic converter, the muffler and exhaust pipe are a part of system of release a final collector, verkhnepotochny (to the catalytic converter) and nizhnepotochny (after the catalytic converter).
