Removal of air from a hydraulic path of system of strengthening of a wheel

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. After performance of any procedures connected with a detachment of lines of the hydraulic booster it is necessary to remove air from a hydraulic path of PAS. Otherwise efficiency of functioning of the steering amplifier in considerably measure will decrease.
2. Develop forward wheels of the car in rectilinear situation and check level in the PAS system tank. (See the Head Routine maintenance). In case of need make the corresponding adjustment (level of liquid has to reach the lower point in a tank wall).
3. Start the engine and leave its working at turns of fast idling. Double-check liquid level in the PAS tank. In case of need again make adjustment.
4. Rotation of a steering wheel here and there (without blows in the ends of the course) give air from system (watch that liquid level in the tank during pumping did not fall below an admissible limit).
5. Having finished pumping, return wheels to rectilinear situation and let's the engine work within several more minutes, then muffle it.
6. Make trial runs of the car, checking serviceability and noiselessness of functioning of steering system.
7. Double-check the level of hydraulic liquid at the engine, heated-up up to the normal working temperature (this time it has to reach a mark of NOTES in a tank wall). In case of need make necessary adjustment (see the Head Routine maintenance).
